Time to sit back and unwind, a sauna experience like no other!

It's not everyday you find a relaxing spot, away from the hustle and noise of central London, yet located right around the corner of the busy London streets so that you really don't feel like you're having to venture out too far to have a little spontaneous treat and get away! This was like taking a vacation out into Bali! Located in Hackney, the brand new NETIL360 Rooftop Sauna was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was so relaxed, with lovely music playing from the bar, cute dining tables for visitors to have the choice of ordering drinks and food whilst relaxing on the roof top to then popping in for a Sauna, there really is nothing else like it! There were quite a lot of young adults and the energy was great! The roof top overlooks Canary Wharf and this can be seen in the Sauna room itself! Whilst in the Sauna, we were also offered different essential oils and with perfect timing to hop into bed after our visit, we chose to let the aromas of Lavender Oil drift in our Sauna room. We were also given a lot of information coming into the Sauna regarding safety and making sure that we popped out into the cold showers every now and then, it made us first time Sauna users much more comfortable! It always feels like we're in this constant cold environment in the UK so giving this a visit in mid-winter is definitely on the to do list!
