Soak up the salty air, sunshine and spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the city and bay of San Francisco all while enjoying local craft beer on a WWII ship at one of the most memorable and unique beer festivals in the world. BREWS ON THE BAY returns Saturday, October 19, for its 16th year on the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien, an historic World War II merchant marine ship docked at Pier 45. This is their 16th year aboard the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien, an historic landmark from the World War II Merchant Marine era ship! San Francisco craft brewers love this event and will be out in force -- serving unlimited pours of their latest and greatest IPAs, farmhouse ales, session beers, barrel-aged beauties, seasonal favorites, and many other styles, from sours to stouts, with over 60 locally brewed selections set to flow. Local food vendors will be on hand to provide food options for purchase as well.
