Chef Megha Arora started C.RE.M in Essex in her home in May 2019, born out of her passion for challenging the status quo with regards to Indian food. We all know and love curries, but there is so much more to this complex and vibrant cuisine! Hundreds of sophisticated dishes with fresh flavours waiting to be discovered and contrasting textures to delight all the senses. It is a beautiful world just begging to be discovered by you too. She started her culinary career by gaining formal training at Cordon Bleu Paris. Following that she interned at Pierre Herme in Paris and learnt the craft of Macaroons from the best. She then received varied work experience across multiple Michelin star restaurants like The LKedbury (ranked world's top 10 in 2014), Gymkhana (1-Michelin), Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa, Jaan@Stamford Sinagpore (1-Michelin). Today she runs CREM Kitchen, which is a home pop-up restaurant. They invite 6-8 guests at a time to experience our 8-course tasting menu at their home.
