Help us review a fast-casual restaurant Oi Asian Fusion that specializes in Filipino, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese Soul Food cuisines. Serving unique, fresh & cooked to order food, they`ve made up their menu mostly of rice bowls.
The must-try dish is popular Ribeye Bistek made with tougher cuts of beef that is cooked medium to medium rare in Ponzu. To top it all off, they garnish this delicious dish with shallots and a runny fried egg for added creaminess! One of the chef's favorite dishes is the Karaage Fried Chicken. After trying out different karaage styles around town, he created his own version that tasted like authentic Japanise dish and very soon turned out to be one of the most popular selling side dishes.
Last but not least, is their selection of home-made buns including Pork Bun with hoisin, cucumber and scallions as well as absolutely unique Oi Burger with angus beef burger, pickled red onions, truffled balsamic shiitake mushrooms and muenster cheese.
No food is kept in the warmer and all cooked to order dishes here are definitely worth the wait!
