Each class is different. You will never have the same routine — and never get bored. The original classes represent the concept 'run+lift' and combine 25 minutes of cardiovascular work on the treadmill with 25 minutes of strength training on the floor. Double floor classes are strength focused, high-intensity tread-free workouts. But don’t worry. Even without the treadmill, you’ll be sore for days.
Can you imagine that all workouts are held in the special Red Room? The music, the signature hits of red lights and the energy of the room will make you run faster, lift heavier and move more intensive. Meanwhile, the instructors will be pushing you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing.
All you need are your work out clothes and your kicks. They’ve got everything else covered!
