Want to try a killer workout? Choose 4x4 Strength and Conditioning class that combines rowing and strength exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistant bands. It consists of 4 minutes of circuits, switching between the rowing machine and floor work. While the 45-minute Rowing class is devoted to perfecting your rowing stroke and testing your cardio limits. And finally, unique Deep Vinyasa Yoga that focuses on linking breathing to movement and offering you a chance to experience yoga in a whole new way.
