Cento Osteria features simple, seasonal fare in the style of a classic Italian osteria, including wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, grilled meat and seafood, and small plates to pair with wine and cocktails. Together, Donato and Gianluca present culinary items that express the essence of everyday Italian food created with artisanal ingredients, farmers market produce and their genuine Italian hospitality. The kitchen features a live fire where grilled meat, seafood, and vegetable specialties are prepared, along with wood-fired thin crust pizzas boasting charcuterie cured onsite and ricotta prepared from scratch.
