Chef Melissa O' Donnel at Seven Seeds is the five-time Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient for her Lebanese-ish restaurant Lil’ Gem and Salt. She now joins The Williamsburg Hotel, to bring Williamsburg a bountiful and inviting New Eastern Mediterranean restaurant.
Seven Seeds is a 60-seat venue, tucked within the bar and lounge area of the 3,000 square-foot floor, Seven Seeds is an intimate affair where romantics and revelers gather over traditional, and Chef Melissa's interpretations of, foods from the Mediterranean Basin, touching on Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, Spain, France, and Italy. The menu, which offers many plant-based and gluten-free options following Chef Melissa’s personal dietary restrictions, brings a sense of comfort to diners from its dips to hot and cold mezze, flatbreads and large plates.
