Oi spaghetti + tiramisù started when an Italian who grew up on pasta, moved on to the big city and opened a little restaurant... Craving for a hot big portion of pasta, crafted with simplicity and good ingredients and cooked fresh on the spot, they created Oi Spaghetti under a gazebo at the summer market in Copeland Park.
They soon discovered that many people felt the same way about food. Before they knew it, the gazebo had turned into a restaurant in a hut. They are always trying to perfect the spaghetti by sourcing organic produce, by experimenting with unusual flavour combinations and by stocking DOP Italian products and British meat & dairy from responsible farms.
