Boho Restaurant in San Francisco’s Marina District has introduced a prix fixe tasting menu prepared by Executive Chef Andrei Bushuev using premium quality ingredients and techniques that have garnered him critical and customer acclaim for his work. The debut prix fixe tasting menu will serve five courses determined daily and that includes an amuse-bouche, appetizer, salad, a starch dish (pasta or gnocchi with Périgord truffle as a supplement), an intermezzo (house-made sorbet), main course choices of fish, meat or a vegan option, a cheese plate and dessert. Full table participation is required.
