Had brunch for dinner with Rainbow Mimosa, Sunshine Beer Flight, and Bloody Mary Bar at Jasper's Brunch for dinner event. Love the fact that I could have brunch there any day of the week (instead of just weekend). Besides some brunch classics like eggs bennys and French toasts, they also serve Short Rib Hash (as seen here at the bottom of the picture, although it could be a bit salty and heavy..) and refreshing Quinoa Bowl (with eggs of your choice and blueberries!). Can't say no to the perfect looking sunny side up eggs! 🍳
