I was lucky enough to attend the media launch of the Koinobori campaign at Sake no Hana in London to celebrate the launch of Japanese Golden Week. Koinobori in Japanese means carp streamers. The limited edition seasonal menu features four courses, with the signature feature being laser cut sushi that look like fish scales - the first of its kind in London. All the dishes were amazing. Having been to Japan and not being able to find sushi anywhere else like it, this is definitely very close in terms of quality and taste. All the dishes and the limited edition cocktail were beautifully presented.

The staff was very friendly and the decor was modern and elegant. A great place for a business dinner or a date night or a special occasion with friends. My favourite dish was the Haru Yasai miso salmon, which was cooked to perfection and reminded me of black cod. I would definitely recommend it.
