With some lobster and crab, please!

HOW DO YOU ROLL?
HOW DO YOU ROLL?

Luke’s Lobster has been on my “to try” list for a while and I finally got the chance to check it out (Thanks, Hype App!). Luckily for me, I work in Downtown San Francisco and it was conveniently located just a few blocks away on 2nd and Mission. I met up with my friend who works in FiDi and we headed towards the restaurant. We were greeted by a modern exterior and a cute nautical interior. I loved the simple and clean vibes, which a cool colorful accent wall of buoys. We ordered at the counter and each got a combo meal. I got the White Truffle Lobster Roll with clam chowder and a blueberry soda and my friend got the Soft Shell Crab Roll with fries and a ginger soda. We decided to share our rolls so we can have the best of both worlds. Both the lobster and crab rolls had generous portions of fresh seafood loaded on top of a delicious buttery split-top roll. I liked how they kept it light, they kept it simple, and they didn’t overwhelm the seafood with a ton of sauces. The truffle on the lobster is a must get and I liked the light sprinkling of seasoning on the crab. I’m glad my friend opted out on sharing my clam chowder as I was happy to eat every bite of the creamy soup. The consistency of the soup wasn’t too thick or think and it had a generous portion of clams as well. The fries were nice and thick cut. The soda are apparently from Maine and I’m a fan of the delicious flavors. Overall, it was a delicious meal, had fun decor, casual vibes and friendly staff. I would come back for a casual meal or for a happy hour! Pictured: white truffle lobster roll, clam chowder, soft shell crab roll, fries Follow me on IG for more foodie pics: sophaddicted
