SMOKIN' EGGS IN MADRID! 🍳💨 🇪🇸

Absolutely adored this spot for a special birthday brunch for my one and only. We each ordered smoked eggs - literally smoking eggs - with prosciutto ham served on a bed of truffled potatoes 😋😋😋. It was presented on a plate and when the glass lid was lifted, a thick cloud of smoke flowed out leaving the food with an incredible smokey flavour. Definitely one for the hit list in Madrid! 🇪🇸
