THE FLUFFIEST PANCAKES
I have been wanting to try Japanese soufflé pancakes for a while now, and I finally got the chance at Gram Café! This is their first location in the US. Jiggly, fluffy, light, and yummy (and just fun to look at!) — these did not disappoint. Because they take a while to make, there are limited servings at specific times of the day. I would recommend going to their website to check on the times. They also recommend going 30 minutes before the designated time to ensure you have a chance of getting them (they even have seats for you to wait in, so that you don’t have to stand!).
Aside from the premium soufflé pancakes, they also have savory pancakes! We tried the smoked salmon and avocado pancake and it was super tasty as well and comes with a salad.
And last but not least, just a shoutout to everyone who works there — they were all super friendly and nice!
