TO ALL SUSHI 🍣 LOVERS

Yoji Sushi House, located in Forest Hill, is a neighborhood gem with unique sushi creations. Yoji offers a nice mix of traditional dishes (like the satisfying Calamari starter) to contemporary concoctions, such as the innovative plate of Tuna Poke Nachos--a specialty dish--with seaweed tempura "chips" topped with fresh poke, mango, seaweed salad and avocado.

The hearty crunch was so enjoyable! This was paired with the bubbly Ramune and Choya, tangy Japanese sodas. Happy Hour deals were very reasonable, with $5 Spicy Tuna crunch rolls. If you drop by, don't forget to try the fresh Sushi Bar, like the simple Tako Octopus Nigiri or the indulgent specials, of the super creamy Hokkaido Uni (Sea Urchin), shipped from Japan. The inventiveness of Yoji Sushi shines with their House Rolls. Yoji Kanro was a seafood delight, with eel, spicy crab, salmon, and tuna amidst mango, herbs and a touch of aioli. The Pesto Lobster Roll had substantial bites of meat, macadamia nuts, and you-guessed-it--mango. The dessert mochis traveled from New York, and oh my, it was definitely worth the trip as the Salted Caramel Iced Cream Mochi was divine. Would love to have had a whole plateful of mochis! Also! Customer service was great. The staff was super friendly and attentive to details. They kindly approached us with nice suggestions and answered all the questions we had. Seems like Yoji Sushi House is going to be my new sushi place and I would definitely be coming back for more seafood delights. And so do you!
