Tasty and Impeccable delivery

First time for us to try the delivery experience on Hype and I can't say anything different than: Ginza Sushi totally nailed it!! We skipped the sake order, because we already had a bottle to drink at home, and decided to totally enjoy their sushi. You may imagine the details, and the finishing of the dishes going lost when you talk about take out, but I was impressed by the care and the attention they put into the packaging, which helped to preserve the original shape quite well. The flavors were very intense and very well curated all across the board, and I think we're gonna come back to Ginza, also to visit their location. We had the following items.

Tomodashi Tartare - Spectacular presentation with the contrast of colors and flavors offered by the tall mashed avocado base layer and the tuna and salmon tartares on the top. The chips, accurately set on the side, not to be sogged by the soy sauce, perfectly pair with the dish too. Umi Roll - Definitely our commonly agreed favorite roll. Scallops were perfect and the parmesan cream gave an even more interesting touch to the roll flavor. Tera Roll - We also wanted to give the Vegeterian rolls a try and picked this one. I liked the asparagus tempura inside the roll and the lotus chip on the top, but I didn't fully get the sweet potato topping layer, whose texture contrasted the rice one a bit in my personal opinion. Overall good taste though. Surf And Turf Roll - I was very intrigued by this combination and it didn't disappoint at all. Incredibly well paired flavors coming from the shrimp tempura inside and the steak outside. Ginza Roll - I'd say this was my second favorite roll, because I really love having fish both inside and outside the roll. The combination of the yellowtail with the jalapeño and aioli was really something I didn't expect to be so tasty. I highly recommend Ginza Sushi delivery!
