Yee haw! The best Moonshine in town

As the evening went on our back story became more elaborate with the input of those around us. My friend and I were pony rustlers for the evening and we were mourning the terribly, tragic passing of my friend's husband. It was a freak accident - who'd have thought he could fall down the stairs and have his axe fall into his back like that?! We chose to take a bottle of spirit each with us. I took gin (as I always do) and Steph took spiced rum. So it was nice to have each cocktail be the alternate spirit. I'm sure we could have specified if we'd only wanted one spirit base each but our intention was to share both to get a selection of drinks. We got four cocktails each and I have to admit they were all really tasty. Id love to be able to give you more detail than that, but when I asked what our first cocktail was we were drinking we were just told it was gin based. I loved them all though. I just wish I could recreate them. The story of the evening was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the way it unfolded. I won't go into details because I don't want to ruin it if you do manage to get there but I will say that, like all immersive experiences, the more you put into them, the more you get out. The actors are fantastic so throw yourself into your character and really go for it. There were only three tables being used when we went and it felt really spaced out and safe. Also, hiding your face behind a bandana helps if people start to recognise you from your wanted posters!!
