Happy January and Happy New and glorious year. We're two-thirds of the way through which means that some of us need to not only submit our self-assessment but actually pay our taxes...another added stress! Many of us have embarked on a lockdown work out regime which can be hard to keep up. Lately, I find it so difficult to really motivate myself and for the past few weeks, I have neglected everything that I need to do to feel rested and healthy. Between Covid, homeschooling, law school exams, work and the mouse that briefly (but temporarily) moved into the fireplace...working out was the very last thing I wanted to do.

I have really amped up the wattage on my essential oil usage and started switching all of my beauty products to those which are more natural and sustainable. The exfoliating wash is so dreamy and smells uplifting and sensuous whilst the Epsom salts help my tired sore muscles recover after a work out (or a trip to the grocery store!). Having a long soak with a candle flickering in the background whilst washing the day's problems away has to be my favourite way to end what has already been a very long month!
