Brigit’s Bake Club!
Delicious baked goods delivered to you door...does it get much better?!
This weekend I tried Brigit’s Bakery Bake at Home Kits, it was so much fun! With their Bake Club app, you can purchase a box of goodies that accompanies a recipe in order to bake some amazing and impressive treats! The box comes filled with all the ingredients needed to bake, including a cool bag for all the refrigerated items, and even some equipment such as baking parchment, acetate and an icing bag! The Bake Club app makes baking impressive bakes simple and easy, with the recipe broken down into four main sections (for mine it was - sponge, mango centre, passion fruit mousse and mirror glaze/decoration) that all have accompanying kits allowing the recipe to be followed really easily! The app provides clear instructions and useful videos meaning you can compare each step as you go along. The recipes on the app are rated by difficulty, but even the hardest ones were simple to follow with amazing results and left my friends and family very impressed! I chose the Mango Exotic dessert cake (a 3/3 for difficulty...ambitious!), a delicious coconut sponge with a passion fruit mousse and mango centre topped off with a mirror glaze! It came out brilliantly - the sponge was light and fluffy, and went perfectly with the fruity centre. There is a really extensive list of bakes on the Bake Club App that all look insane, next on my list is definitely the chocolate eclairs or the lemon meringue tart😍😍
