Going nuts for these ethical snacks!
I'll be honest: I'm from a family of prolific snackers, which means I'm always on the lookout for top quality snacks that are tasty, well-priced, healthy and all-round-fabulous. Step forward Cajuu, the company who are bringing the taste of Tanzania straight to your fingertips (although they won't be in your fingers for long as they're so darn moreish!).
We're talking a family-owned company who work directly with Tanzanian farmers to source the finest origin cashews that are then whipped into the delicious snacks that landed on my doorstep recently. Add in the fact that they only use ethical farming and manufacturing methods, are flavourful and vegan, use packaging that is 100% plastic-free and recyclable, are hand crafted and created with all-natural ingredients, then you've got yourself a snacktastic range that the whole fam will go nuts for. Even the fussies! We tried the Mango Moa and Vanilla & Salted Caramel Cashews plus the Clove & Aniseed, Tangerine & Orange and Rose & Saffron Cashew & Date Bites. My fave? I couldn't actually call it: they were all off-the-scale tasty and even the flavours I wasn't sure I was going to like, I loved. Not only are these are great, ethical pick for an everyday snack, but they also come in gorgeous packaging that totally warrants a fab gift idea: the cashew boxes even come with a little dip. Definitely a great prezzie idea to think about for Father's Day (it's coming up soon, folks!). So, in a nutshell, if you're looking for a tasty, nutty, vegan snack that the famalam can get on board with, then, my friends, this is IT.
