An exquisite Mediterranean experience at Pascor

I’ve recently had the pleasure to visit Pascor Restaurant and review their Menu and would love to share my experience. Restaurant is located in the heart of Kensington borough within a minute from Holland Park.

I firstly fell in love with interior design! Beautiful details gave me a calm, vintage vibe. The colours, the dried flowers, mirrors and plants, are all very alluring. Another thing I’ve noticed as soon as I’ve sat down was the comfortable sofas. It makes the experience a lot more enjoyable when you are cosy. Florence, our waitress was just fabulous, she went above and beyond to make sure we are having a great time and helped us with our choices. Now, my favourite part. The food! Delicious, delicious and again delicious. The Open-plan kitchen bar gives you a chance to peep into chefs cooking before it is served to you which I think it’s a fabulous idea. We’ve had hummus and tzatziki with garlic and sesame Laffa bread. The hummus I personally thought it was the very best I had. Light and velvety with crispy fried shallots on top. A delight! Loved the Laffa bread, so tasty! We’ve also had grilled aubergine which My husband devoured, was his favourite and I very much enjoyed the Grilled Scallop Tart. I’ve enjoyed the scallops so much I forgot to share. Ooops! For Main, I’ve chosen the Lamb Kofta which is one of my preferences in a Mediterranean restaurant and I was not let down. Yummy! My husband went for the 24h slowly cooked Short Rib of Beef. It was easily falling apart and melted in the mouth. For dessert, we went with an unusual combination of dark chocolate, salted caramel, Sourdough and olive oil. Bit weird right? Well let me tell you, it worked very well. The chocolate was very rich but then you get the sea salt and olive oil on the end of your pallete! Very good! We’ve had a fantastic time at Pascor Restaurant and would highly recommend a visit.
