The prettiest tea house in London!

At the weekend we visited Brigit’s Bakery for L’Afternoon Tea – the unique combination of a fine English tradition, fused with a delicate French twist. Brigit’s Bakery is situated in the busy Covert Garden, its the perfect tea house to visit after hitting the shops or in our case to sit down and catch up with family. The bakery has two floors and private seating so you don’t have to worry about not having your own space.

We spent 2 hours indulging in their menu which included various pastries and cupcakes, finger sandwiches and scones to finish off. They also had a wide range of tea and coffee to offer. I loved that Brigit’s Bakery caters for everyone, you can choose from Traditional, Vegetarian and Halal. Our upgraded menu also included a glass of prosecco. The pastries and sandwiches were freshly made; I have to say the smoked salmon, and cream cheese on pretzel was amazing and definitely my favourite. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. They were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much and I never had to look around to try and get their attention. This was a real bonus and made us feel relaxed. We finished off with choosing from the great selection of teas. I choose Jasmine Chung Hoo (green tea) and I really enjoyed it. Not a tea I would of chosen but I was pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a bakery in London which specialises in afternoon tea then look no further and visit Brigit’s Bakery. I already can’t wait to return to this pretty luxury bakery in the heart of Covert Garden. Thank you for having us!
