Love all things Korea? Seoulbox has combined the explosive popularity of monthly subscription boxes with a specialised Korean souvenir curator. The boxes you can choose from are a combination of snacks, K-pop merch, and K-beauty.
I chose their Lifestyle box (which leans more towards merch and beauty) because I love collecting Korean trinkets. First off, the box was so much bigger than I was expecting, easily bigger than any other subscription boxes I've tried. Everything arrived perfect and intact - an important factor for these kinds of boxes to get right. I was so excited to see the focus of the products was Jeju Island - somewhere I've always wanted to go. From the adorable Hallabong plushie to the cute beach towel and water bottle, it really does feel like I've been on a trip and come back with some souvenirs. Something I've experienced with other boxes is that you often receive things you can't do much with - they end up just sitting in a drawer or on a shelf. A huge plus with this box was the fact they put in beautiful but also practical items I can use in my everyday life! Of course, you can't go wrong with some BTS and Blackpink merch, and the BTS light-up stand actually makes for a really cool bedside light. And the snacks were two items I've never picked up before in my frequent trips to the Korean supermarket, so it was a great opportunity to try something new. Foodies should definitely go for the full snack box to try more. This Seoulbox is such a treat and a blessing to those of us who are looking forward to making our own pilgrimage to Korea one day.
