This hotel is located just 4 minutes from Pershing Square and just minutes from many popular restaurants. Walking into the hotel lobby feels like you've entered the 1920s. It's nice to see that they have preserved the original ambiance besides the flat screen computer screens at the front desk. Staying at this hotel means more than just walking through a typical hallway. When you look up the ceiling, and down to the end of the two main front doors, you will experience the luxurious architectural masterpiece. The rooms are completely renovated and comfortable yet designed to preserve their original design in mind. The linen sheets are soft, and the mattress is firm enough to support your back. There's an excellent feng shui as you enter the room where you instantly feel that you've made the right choice. Downstairs you will find the bar area that is relaxing yet semi-casual to dress down and sip a glass of martini in your sweatpants. For breakfast, you can enjoy a simple croissant with coffee and work on your laptop while admiring the lovely scenery of this room. There's also an inside dining area that serves breakfast such as waffles and breakfast burritos with a side of arugula salad. The coffee is well-made, and the service feels like you came to your aunt's house. Super friendly and feels like home. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in with your family or just an overnight staycation! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of age because they seem quite diversified—great historical history with rich architecture.
