Drag Bingo at The Looking Glass Cocktail Club!
The Looking Glass Cocktail Club is a speak easy cocktail club located in the heart of Shoreditch and is a bar I have wanted to visit for a very long time, so I was really excited to finally be able to check it out. It doesn't look that big when you first enter but when you go behind the glass door you enter a large bar area with plenty of seating and cute decor! The area when you first enter is very cute and cosy and the perfect place for some quiet drinks with friends or with a date.
We attended the drag bingo night and it was perfect as it was during Pride Weekend which made the atmosphere even more amazing! I had never played Bingo before so was really excited to give it a go and honestly had so much fun playing it! They played throwback tunes too which got everyone dancing and celebrating. Myself and my friend even went on to win the 2nd prize which made our evening! One thing I absolutely loved about this venue were the cocktails. They had such an interesting variety of cocktails to choose from all with unique, exquisite flavours! They were also really well presented and I loved every single one I got to try! They also were happy to make classic cocktails which also tasted great. The bar staff were very friendly and chatty; always on hand to provide recommendations and assistance where needed. I am definitely keen to visit this venue in the future and attend more of the events they host as you are guaranteed to have a good time and I highly recommend you check them out, especially their Drag Bingo events!
