YES! Crosstown do Ice-Creams, and YES! They’re amazing!
Dotted around central London is the cutest doughnut and ice cream spot, Crosstown! I may have been living under a rock as I’ve only recently discovered they don’t just make doughnuts, but ice creams too!
I had the pleasure of trying six different ice cream flavours: Mango Sorbet (vegan), Pistachio (vegan), Peanut Butter and Blackcurrant (vegan), Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt (vegan), Mint Stracciatella and Strawberries and Cream. The standout for me had to be the Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt (vegan) and Mint Stracciatella, just a tub of creamy goodness! We have to give a shout-out and especially love the fact they have many vegan and gluten-free options, catering for everyone. I’m not a vegan, but would definitely reach out again for these vegan options. We also had a sneak around at the other flavours available on the menu: Double Chocolate Caramel Brownie, Cookie Dough, Madagascan Vanilla and Coconut & Passion Fruit Ripple (vegan)! And not to worry if you can’t travel to one of the branches dotted around London, crosstown also offers delivery, and if you’re wondering how? They ensure each tub is kept in an insulated box and covered with dry ice to ensure the product is still frozen upon delivery. Regardless of the weather, you can’t beat a crosstown ice cream! Whether it is for a quick snack or catching up with friends, I can’t recommend this place enough for its unique combination of flavours. We had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again, this time to try their doughnuts which I was also eyeing up. A huge thanks to Crosstown for having us!
