Roza-licious at Rozay Lounge?!

Located on West End Lane, not far from West Hampstead station is one of the best halal Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine spots. We have a lot to say about Rozay but let’s begin with the ambience and decor. I adore restaurants that make their spaces pretty and colourful to create a great atmosphere for their customers. Rozay had a dedicated decorated spot for capturing memories and for the selfie lovers, complete with a swing and a giant teddy bear!

Rozay allowed us an exclusive behind-the-scenes access to their food prepping. They definitely lived up to their claim of sourcing fresh ingredients and freshly marinating their meat daily! We tasted the sizzling grilled prawns, lemon & chilli calamari, the mixed grill served with chips and the cheeseburger with chips. Pretty much everything on the main courses list can be paired with either chips or rice but we opted for chips. We have to say we were so impressed with the portion sizes, especially the lamb chops! Purposely left with a part of the fat content so that they melt in your mouth. All the meat was well cooked and Rozay got the balance of marination just right, not too excessive and not too light. For drinks, we ordered the rozay pink 2.0, which involved marshmallows and candy floss so we really couldn’t say no, and a pina colada! And to finish, we smoked a lemon blueberry shisha, which was one of the freshest and long-lasting flavoured smokes we have tried. We have to give a huge thank you to the lovely staff, especially Mehdi and Afshin who were extremely friendly and helpful. Whether it’s for girls' night or date night, Rozay lounge is a great spot! We look forward to coming back or checking out their other two branches @rozaygarden @regents.lounge
