Try The Cooper - from Seaweed-infused Redbreast, oak moss, lemon, cucumber (£13.50) or Elder Lyan made from Grey Goose Le Poire, fortified strawberry wine, apple acid, sparkling oak & elder wine (£12.50). They're incredible!
