You’ve heard of omokase, or “I’ll leave it up to” sushi before, right? Well, at Roka Akor, they are taking this idea a step further with their Cocktail Omokase experience! Available every Thursday through Saturday this month, they are offering limited-seating spaces in their downstairs lounge, to come and spend an evening listening to their bartender explain the tradition of omokase whilst drinking 5-7 specially made cocktails!
