Great Spot on Strawberry Hill

Not quite the same as the Beatles’ Strawberry Fields, but this is still one very impressive spot—Strawberry Hill in Golden Gate Park! Inside this well-known park are some lesser-known wonders, such as Strawberry Hill—after a one-mile hike in, take the bridge across Stow Lake and continue up a winding path to the park’s highest point, where you will find a very impressive view (and a spectacular west-facing rope swing, if it’s still there). Just perfect for a picnic at sunset!
