I really like it when a place works hard to make the food they serve – it adds that extra little bit of joy to each bite when you know it was carefully thought about and prepared – that’s why I love Caravelle in El Raval! These guys do everything, from smoking, curing, brewing and bottling, to pickling and fermenting, and the results are fantastic – you’ve just got to try their tacos, piled high with their fresh homemade ingredients, and one of their nano-brewed beers made on site!
