Delicious hand picked wines delivered to your door

There are 4 things I love in this world... 1) wine 2) trying new things 3) wine being delivered to my house and 4) wine (I am not sure if I mentioned wine) - So I was very excited at the prospect of having 3 brand new wines, ones that I had never tried before, being delivered to my house by @ourglass. I guess like most people, I can be a creature of habit. I know what I like and I like what I know... but sometimes you need a bit of a push to come out of your comfort zone. So what do Our Glass do? In short its a wine subscription service... you choose how much you want to spend a month (either £35, £75, or £120) they pick out exciting wines for you (ranging from 3-6 bottles per month) - but more importantly, these are wines you cant get on the usual supermarket shelves. And of course they provide the tasting notes in plain, easily digestible English. So the big question... how was the wine? Generally speaking my order of wine preference would always be red, followed by rose, and then white. And although I do love wine, I am definitely no expert. The red was a Pinot noir (one of my favourites) - delightful - over the moon with this first choice. The Rose - it was delicious and probably my favourite of the three. It was light yet flavoursome and I could definitely pick up the subtle taste of strawberry as the notes suggested. The white was also nice. Refreshing, light with a hint of citrus. Overall it was a wonderful experience and something I would definitely recommended especially for wine lovers who might be looking to broaden their horizons. Like any subscription service you can of course opt-in and opt-out anytime!
