What's Your Flava?
It’s never too late to start a new tradition, and the last year has been full of having to rethinking ways of having fun. So I decided that there was no better way to spend Friday nights than curled up in front of the tv for a movie night and some gourmet popcorn. Well, if you can’t go to the cinema why not bring the cinema to me.
I love popcorn and usually stick to my go to of sweet popcorn so I wanted to try something different. Popcorn Shed had so many varieties to choose from, it seemed like a good idea to give them a go. Their website was so inviting as from the moment I went on it, I just wanted everything. This was great apart from when it came to choosing which one to have. So it's always best when you can’t decide on one, have several. I went a bit crazy and got enough popcorn for several movie nights. And the best part was choosing flavours that I hadn’t had before. I decided on butterscotch, birthday, pecan pie, rainbow to name a few. I also decided to try blue cheese popcorn, which wouldn’t be everyone’s first choice but what’s life if not an opportunity to have an adventure. The blue cheese popcorn was flavourful and fabulous, if you love blue cheese, I’d highly recommend it. What I really loved about Popcorn Shed was the fact that with such a large variety there was something for everyone. Admittedly, I didn’t want to share any of them but if you’re more generous than me, your friends and family will love you for giving them some. All of the different popcorns I tried, tasted scrumptious and of such high quality. I didn’t know you could pack that amount of flavour into a popcorn, but now I do it’s elevated my expectations for any popcorn I have in the future. Can’t wait to try some of their other flavours really soon. I already know I’ll be ordering soon more real soon and arranging some movie nights with friends and try to convince them to be a little more open to the idea of cheesy popcorn.
