This is the first time I’ve received a box like this. I absolutely loved the concept and the delivery didn’t disappoint. A subscription box that offers the taste of Japan straight to your door. Arriving packed to the brim with up to 24 items will definitely leave you wanting more. Bokksu sources teas and food from local as well as well-known brands throughout Japan so you get a true feel for the amazing snacks the country has to offer!

They also include a booklet with photos and descriptions of all the foods so that you know exactly what you’re eating. The booklet details each product's origin, flavors, and even common allergens My absolute favourite item was the freeze-dried strawberry infused with white chocolate. I thought it was going to be super sweet but it was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I really need to source them here because I can’t stop thinking about them! I would highly recommend this subscription box as the perfect gift for a foodie friend or even yourself! It certainly won’t disappoint! They actually offer a plan for gifting so you’re able to save money by purchasing multiple months at a time. However, it’s only a one-time payment, no auto-renewal, meaning you won’t get a surprise deduction from your bank once the subscription has finished, giving you the flexibility of choosing whether you’d like to purchase again! The beautiful thing about this is that the boxes are all themed, you’ll get different things each month depending on that month's theme, for example, my box's theme was seasons of Japan.
