As a company they want you to have just as seamless of an experience as if you slid into a barstool at your favourite cocktail bar and ordered your favourite cold drink, and you can tell. From the website, to ordering, to making the cocktails and any customer support needed The Cocktail Man is there to make sure you have great tasting cocktails with minimal stress along the way. It only takes a quick search to see that they value the customer experience and have truly integrated the customer into each step along the journey. Ordering on their website couldn't be easier when choosing a pre-mixed cocktail box. Equally, they are available to create custom cocktails with you if you want to get your creative juices flowing! I ordered the Roasted & Toasted Cocktail Experience, their version of an Espresso Martini. I must say, the box and the presentation of the set already make you feel like you have set your eyes on a piece of luxury. With 3 mini bottles of Grey Goose vodka and their own hand-crafted 'Roasted Sliqueur' and marshmallows the only thing left was to brew an espresso and get shaking! I'm not 100% sure what exactly they have in the roasted liqueur but the faint smokey, roast flavour permeating the taste buds was a really wonderful addition. It takes the traditional espresso martini and completely elevates it to a whole new level! We roasted marshmallows for aesthetics but also to match the roasted flavours of the cocktail and they were the perfect finishing touch to this outstanding drink. The only real problem with the cocktails from The Cocktail Man that I could see is how to not order all of them?! With how truly remarkable the Roasted and Toasted Martini was I have no doubts that the rest of their line of cocktails is equally remarkable.
